The Two-Day In-House Training

Both days will be divided into a training period and a practice period.

The content of the theoretical oriented training period encompasses the essentials of the Expert Seminar with a theory presentation and a practical example.

Within the two practice periods first a value stream analysis and secondly a corresponding value stream design for a selected area of your production will be executed. This way you receive both a demonstration of the procedure as well as suggested improvements for your pilot-area.

A group of up to 6 employees and managers from the production, logistics, warehouse, planning, production control, and acquisition departments may participate.
